I'm a huge believer in journals. There is journaling for anything and everything. Journaling helps to organize your thoughts and set things in motion. It helps for you to see where you've been and where you're going --- and want to go, or don't want to go BACK to! It shows you how you've improved and those areas of life that need improvement. It really is the best self-help book out there! I liken journaling to a written form of a VISION BOARD.
