Live Your Dash - and Arrive!

Image
Dash - Arrived?  Dash - Arrived?  Dash - Arrived? I don't believe that we ever "arrive in life".  Why?  Because life is ever-changing, ever-evolving.  There are new lessons to learn, new adventures to explore, new gardens to cultivate, and yes, new valleys to tread.  We may reach a goal, but "arrived"? -- even that goal will come with newness of life.  So, consider having "arrived" when you take your last breath.  This is when you have, indeed, arrived at your final eternal destination.  Until then --- live your "dash" between arriving in this world and arriving at your final destination!  Embrace your journey and glean the pearls.  Then... share those pearls of wisdom with others as your legacy.    As you arrive in eternity, you will have made your earthly arrival through your legacy.   Live your dash... and arrive!   Having "arrived" with a legacy is having lived a beautiful life. ♥...

How to Live in Gratitude

Image
How is "living" in gratitude accomplished?    Living in gratitude is a lifestyle.  It is something that can be learned, but does take discipline.  Try this exercise in helping you develop a grateful heart, thus, to live in gratitude.... STOP >>>> Start out for five minutes a day (and increase over time) and just stop .  Stop and close your eyes.  Empty your mind of all that is going on around you.  Dive deep within yourself, within your soul, and search for the blessings of the day.  Surely, you've had at least one in your day thus far.  Actually, you have.  You're breathing --- able to see the light of another day.  Oh, and what about your sight --- you're reading this, are you not?      So, for five minutes of your 1,440 minutes of one day, stop, dive deep, and remind yourself of the blessings not only in your day, but in your life.  And, I want you to really focus on those blessings. ...

Your Choice

She had a choice to believe.   She had a choice to reach out.   She had a choice to want to better her life.   But, it didn't happen without her "choosing" to.  She had to take that forward step.      I am speaking of the woman in the Bible with the issue of blood.  After 12 years of failed medical treatment and spending all she had, she was determined; and became a risk-taker.  Just as we women, today, can be.      (Mark 5:24-29, 34)... "... And a great crowd followed him and thronged about him.  And there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years, and who had suffered much under many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was no better but rather grew worse.  She had heard the reports about Jesus and came up behind him in the crowd and touched his garment.  For she said, "If I touch even his garments, I will be made well."  And immed...

He's Alive!

Image
(John 11:25-26)... "Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life.  He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die.  Do you believe this?'" Yes, Lord, Yes!  I believe!  My daddy lived and believed in You, so You're telling me he's ALIVE! If you believe in the supernatural, then you can believe with me that daddy is still alive.  If you believe in the Bible being a history book of eye witness accounts, then you can believe with me that Jesus arose from the grave.  If He arose from the grave, and you believe in the supernatural, you can believe that Jesus is alive; just like daddy!  AMEN & AMEN! O, death, where is thy sting?  The grave cannot hold those who die in Christ for they shall live! Live and Believe in Jesus Christ, and live FOREVER!
